Philip J. He has advised thousands of plan sponsors regarding all aspects of their retirement plans and executive compensation programs. Early in his career, he was a pension underwriter for large insurance companies and managed several third party administration firms. He is Professor of Qualified Pension and Profit Sharing Plans and Executive Compensation at the Chapman University School of Law.
